The work consists of labor and material necessary to for the Eustis Memorial Library Split System Replacement. Matern Professional Engineering Inc., will provide Mechanical and Electrical engineering services to the City of Eustis Memorial Library as follows: a. Replace existing split system on mezzanine serving main area of the Memorial Library located at 120 N. Center Street in Eustis, Fl, with a chilled water system. b. The Building Automation System controls (BAS) to be designed as necessary for the new system
