Mechanical Contractor Services for Langdale Hall, 2nd Floor, Replace Terminal Units, Lights and Ceilings, Ph IX of X (Request for Qualifications)

Provide mechanical contractor services for replace terminal units, lights and ceilings, Ph IX of X at state university. The scope of work includes the demolition of existing ceilings, mechanical equipment (air distribution), and electrical (lighting). The new construction will consist of ceilings, air distribution, and lighting. The mechanical HVAC work will consist of complete replacement of ductwork and terminal units up to and including a small portion of duct in the existing mechanical room.
