Notice of Request for Qualifications Douglas County Rural Park and Flood Control Basin Douglas County, NV Notice is hereby given that the Douglas County Community Development Department (County) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from all firms qualified to prepare the design of a rural park and a regional flood control basin.  The County’s specific project is located on a vacant, 40 Acre parcel of land located in Douglas County, Nevada (Assessor Parcel Number 1220-02-001-003). The County invites interested firms to reply to this RFQ by submitting a responsive SOQ documenting the qualifications and experience of the firm with similar projects.  All SOQs must be received by the due date and time at the submittal location specified herein.  Any SOQ received after the due date and time assigned will not be considered.  All information regarding the content of the specific submittals will remain confidential until a contract is finalized or all submittals are rejected.
