The city reserves the right toreject any bids that do not comply with the instructions outlined here.The City intends to award the bid within two-weeks of the bid deadline.PROJECT SUMMARY:All bids must be properly signed by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacityto bind the company to the contractual agreement.
