Parking Enforcement and Staffing Services

The City of East Palo Alto is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive parking enforcement and staffing services. Through this solicitation, the City aims to expand its parking enforcement capacity, enhance responsiveness to community concerns, and strengthen compliance with the East Palo Alto Municipal Code. The selected firm will work in partnership with the East Palo Alto Police Department to deliver citywide enforcement operations, including proactive patrols, complaint response, and street sweeping compliance, while ensuring consistent, professional, and community-oriented service across all neighborhoods. The City anticipates awarding a contract for an initial five-year term, with one optional five-year renewal, beginning in December 2025.
