The location of the lease is further described as being within Section 5, Township 12 South, Range 8 West, Copper River Meridian, Alaska, within Alaska Tidelands Survey No. 1483, containing 9.64 acres, more or less, according to the survey plat recorded in the Valdez Recording District on September 21, 1994, as Plat 94-5.The decision will be posted on the Alaska Public Notice System website for 30 calendar days.
