Design / Build Services for Building C Improvements (CIP No. 8363)

Design build of building c improvements existing building is approx 4000 SF and will be expanded to include approximately 1400 sf of additional area. The building interior will be remodeled to include, but not limited to, offices, restrooms, training area, locker rooms, conference room, laundry room and kitchen, with preservation of the hvac system which is relatively new. The building will also include a grid-tied solar photovoltaic (pv) system intended to generate 100% of the electrical energy used at the facility. The building exterior will be renovated to match the adjacent building a which was completed in 2021. Question Submission Deadline November 5, 2025, 2:00pm. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
