ADA-72876 Proposal to Lease State Airport Land at Deadhorse Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 2, Block 303, consisting of approximately 50,187.50 square feet (ADA-72876), at Deadhorse Airport for twenty (20) years. Applicant: Colville Airport Services, LLC. Annual rent: $21,480.25 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: aeronautical - operation and maintenance of an air taxi service and fixed base operator; above ground operating fuel storage, aircraft fueling and aviation fuel sales.Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., December 3, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute lease. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
