Construction Manager Services (Request for Qualifications)

Seeking construction manager services to act as owner's representative and serve in an advisory role as directed by the owner, to the extent owner determines necessary, for planning, development and pre-construction activities, as well as through the duration of the execution of the construction of the facility, to include, but not be limited to, review and evaluation of project strategy and progression; communication of issues that may arise to owner with recommendation for response; providing strategies for owner decision-making; and other advice and counsel to the owner throughout project progression.
