Description
Town of Salisbury requests qualifications from general contractors to assist in the renovation of the historic Town Hall and library at 918 Maple Street. Building and site improvements will include installation of plumbing, electrical and HVAC upgrades, ADA bathroom, ADA entrance, parking space, and lift, structural reinforcements, new windows/window inserts, limited storm water management and landscaping improvements.
