Seeking a qualified faith-based or non-profit organization to operate a temporary overflow emergency shelter (cold weather shelter) or warming center for the 2025-2026 fall and winter seasons.  The deadline for question submission is Friday, September 26, 2025, at 2 pm. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution.
