2026 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Lining Project (CIP S-37)

The 2026 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project (CIP S-37) consists of cleaning, televising, and CIPP lining of 8-inch and 10-inch sanitary sewer. The Bid includes approximately 1640 linear feet of 8-inch sewer along Columbia Street, Hamilton Road, and Linda Road in the Old Hilliard area of the City, as well as 878 linear feet of 10-inch sewer along Linda Road. Bypass pumping may be required to install the liner. The project also includes two (2) excavated point repairs. Traffic control will be required to maintain traffic and local access to existing homes, especially at the Columbia Street/Norwich Street intersection. The Engineer's Estimate for the work is $180,500. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the Engineer's Estimate by more than ten percent (10%). The final completion date for the Project is October 1, 2026. State prevailing wage applies ONLY to the point repair excavations in the project.
