Description

RFP PURPOSE: Austin ISD requires ALL vendors who perform Fine Arts & Creative Learning services to submit a response to this RFP and receive an award prior to providing such services to the District. Awarded vendors will be added to the list of acceptable providers for Fine Arts & Creative Learning Partnership services. This list is made available district-wide to all AISD campuses and departments. Once you have been awarded under this RFP, you will not need to submit another response for a period of 5 years through June 30, 2030. INSTRUCTIONS: (1) Under Supporting Documentation: Download the Vendor Application Form. The form must be downloaded and completed outside of the Bonfire platform. (2) Complete the Vendor Application and sign all Required Forms. You must provide a signature where required. Missing, incomplete or unsigned forms will result in vendor being eliminated. (3) Upload the completed Vendor Application under Submission by clicking the Begin Submission button. NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION UNTIL YOU REGISTER AND CREATE AN ACCOUNT IN BONFIRE. Please read the 26RFP018 Request for Proposals document which is for reference purposes only and contains information about the RFP process and instructions how to submit a response.
