INVITATION FOR BIDSSealed bids for the Clayton Signal Repairs - FY26 Project will be received by theCity of Clayton, 10 N. Bemiston Avenue, Clayton, MO  63105-3397, until 2:00 P.M. on December 23rd, 2025. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following in City Hall Council Chambers, 2nd floor, 10 N. Bemiston Avenue, Clayton, MO  63105-3397.The Scope of Work consists of the removal and replacement of signal equipment at various locations damaged by the Tornado that hit the City of Clayton on May 16th, 2025.  Exact locations have been listed in the bid package and further locations maybe determined during construction.  Traffic control and other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications.Bid packages will be available December 8th, 2025 for free download by selecting the link below.  An optional pre-bid meeting will be held December 15th, 2025 at 2:00 PM in City Hall Conference Room A, 1st floor, 10 N Bemiston Ave, Clayton, MO.Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this Contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri.A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY BID AND TO WAIVE ANY IRREGULARITIES IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY.REQUEST BID DOCUMENTS
