Portable changeable message sign (ls); 920 CY roadway excavation; 131 cy (f) - structure excavation (soldier pile wall); plant establishment work. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. 16% DBE.
