CONSTRUCTION OF LINEAR THREE-STORY, FOUR-CONEX BOX BURN BUILDING PER DESIGN DRAWINGS. STAIRWELL LEADING TO 2ND STORY WITH VERTICAL ACCESS FROM 2ND FLOOR THROUGH 3RD FLOOR ROOF ACCESS VIA HINGED LOCKABLE HATCH ON ROOF. EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR STEPS WILL HAVE STEEL CEE-CHANNEL STRINGERS AND GRATED TREAD. INCORPORATE CONTINUOUS LADDER FROM 2ND FLOOR THROUGH 3RD UP TO ROOF. ALL CLEAN UP AND PERMITTING. FOUR CONEX BOXES TO BE PROVIDED BY WILSON COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
