Sealed Bids will be received by Orange Water and Sewer Authority from Bidders until 2:00 P.M., local time, on 15th ,October, 2025 for CIP No. 378-07, Project: “OFFSITE BIOSOLIDS STORAGE TANK 2 CLEANING” at the Orange Water & Sewer Authority (OWASA), in the Administrative Offices, 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, North Carolina 27510, at which time the Bids received will opened and read aloud
