PROJECT NAME: 2026 Asphalt Paving Program PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This work consists of milling, paving, and striping roadways throughout the City of Moraine. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: Base Bid - $503,500.00 Alternate 1 - $31,000.00 Alternate 2 - $154,000.00 Alternate 3 - $32,000.00 APPROXIMATE AWARD DATE: 02/26/2026 PROJECT COMPLETION DEADLINE: 10/30/2026 ALTERNATES EXPLANATION: The base bid for this project will include all asphalt portions of Lance Drive and Arbor Boulevard beginning on the East side of Dryden and extending near to the East corporation line where newer pavement begins. Alternate 1 will be utilized for any parts of Lance Drive where the concrete base is deteriorated too far for typical asphalt overlay. Alternate 2 will be utilized to pave Arbor Boulevard West of Dryden Road if the budget allows. Alternate 3 will be utilized if Alternate 2 is used and the concrete base of Arbor Boulevard is deteriorated too far for typical asphalt overlay.
