PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Supplement No. 3 to Operating Agreement ADA-32533 covering Room SA1946, consisting of 454 s.f. in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. APPLICANT: Aleutian Airways, LLC. TERM: November 1, 2025, through June 30, 2033. Current Terminal rent rate is $105.31/s.f./yr. AUTHORIZED USES: Office and breakroom space.This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Leasing Office located in in the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.
