DSHS TBI - Implementation of HB1848

This competitive Solicitation is issued to assist the Home and Community Living Administration, Home Care Aide Division of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) in seeking qualified Contractor(s) to Implement HB1848 passed by the 2025 Legislation by developing the following programs throughout the state. Additionally, Bidders are expected to develop and implement ongoing facilitator training program for the events listed and provide free trainings and an educational/support network group for the facilitators. Programs will serve people with TBI's, family members, and caregivers.
