Franklin County Public Works is inviting and requesting bid proposals for CRP 634 – NORTH RAILROAD AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS.This project will widen the North Railroad Avenue for approximately 0.78 miles. Currently, N Railroad Ave has a 22- foot paved width, which will be widen and overlayed. The widened section will consist of two 12-foot lanes and 5-foot shoulder for a total paved width of 34-feet. (46.313333°, -119.116666° to 46.324444°, -119.119166°).This project has a Federal Small Business Enterprise (FSBE) goal of 9.0%.This project is Buy America Build America (BABA).Sealed bids shall be marked with the project name and number and be addressed to the Franklin County Public Works Department.
