Requests the submittal of bids from vendors that are interested in providing licensed building inspectors and plans examiners for residential and commercial structures. Q&A deadline The question deadline is Wednesday, November 5, 2025, prior to 4:00 p.m. The period of performance for this bid is from date of award, through November 30, 2026. This bid will automatically renew, extending the Termination Date, for two (2) one (1) year periods. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
