ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUOTES PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: Anoka-Hennepin School District will be receiving quotes for #26046Q – Champlin Park HS Restroom Renovations, in accordance with the Quote Project Manual and Shop Drawings prepared by Mike Kraft Architects, P.A. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of restroom renovations at Champlin Park High School, 6025 109th Ave. N, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. TYPE OF QUOTES: Base Quote plus alternates if any, considered in numerical order, will be received for the Work being included under the Contract. QUOTE DATE: Quotes must be received on or before April 8, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. Local Time. DELIVERY OF QUOTES: Quotes shall be emailed to Purchquotes@Ahschools.us with the quote number listed in the Subject line. PRE-QUOTE MEETING: A non-mandatory Pre-Quote site tour is scheduled for Monday, March 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM local time at the following address: Champlin Park HS, 6025 109th Ave. N., Brooklyn Park, Minnesota All inquiries concerning this RFQ, including all questions/substitution requests must be submitted via email to PurchQuotes@AHSchools.us by 4:00 PM on March 31, 2026 . The district will not be responsible for, nor honor any claims resulting from, or alleged to be the result of misunderstanding by the Vendor. To ensure a transparent bidding process, no phone or in person inquiries will be accepted. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to bring all discrepancies, ambiguities, omissions, or matters that need clarification to the district’s attention. Responses to all questions received will be captured in an addendum, and available to all Vendors no later than April 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time. Quotes may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of quotes without the consent of the Anoka Hennepin School District. The School Board reserves the right to accept any quote, to reject any or all quotes, to waive irregularities and informalities in the procedures, and to act in its best interest. WAGE DETERMINATION REQUIREMENTS: Contract is subject to compliance with the applicable Schedule of Prevailing Wages issued by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.
