Description
DESIGN-BUILD. The objective of the project is to leverage excellence in design and planning to maximize operational efficiency, enhance security, optimize building systems performance and energy efficiency, and create a healthy workplace environment to support current needs and future growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality in alignment with county requirements. The project will include administrative offices, specialized probation units, training spaces, and secure staff areas, along with a public-facing lobby and client intake rooms. The site will feature secured and unsecured parking, secure perimeter controls, and infrastructure upgrades to support safe and efficient operations
