Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services On an Annual Contract (RFP)

Qualified Architectural and/or Engineering (A/E) Services consultants to provide comprehensive architectural and/or engineering services to include, but not be limited to consultative and technical guidance; production of individual project scopes, design documents, construction documents, planning documents, specifications, project schedules and cost estimates; as well as, project management, construction administration, monitoring and testing, data analysis, permitting and report writing services on an as-needed basis. The City of Lawrenceville, Georgia (City) intends to award multiple contracts to qualified architectural and/or engineering services consultants to provide comprehensive, as needed services in the following categories to supplement work typically performed by the City's Departments of Public Works Architectural; Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering; Civil Engineering; Landscape Architecture; Water, Stormwater Management and Ecological Engineering; Traffic Engineering; Geotechnical Engineering; Natural Gas Pipeline Engineering; Construction Support; Surveying, and other related tasks. Quoted prices will remain firm for four (4) additional one-year renewal periods.
