Description

The overall objective of this project is to drain and rinse the Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) and pipe sediment from the Fire Suppression System (FSS) located at the South Dakota Army National Guard(SDARNG) Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) in Rapid City, South Dakota in order to conduct a visual inspection of the interior of the piping.Copy of Exhibit A SOW is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.Proposals shall conform to all instructions, conditions, and requirements included in the Request for Proposal. Prospective vendors are expected to carefully examine all documentation contained in thisRFP and be willing to accept each requirement term and condition.Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements. No inquiries will be accepted after the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities. Inquiries must be emailed toMAJ Will Domagall at William.d.domagall.mil@army.mil with the subject line “RFP #26RFP18943”. The State will to respond to offeror’s inquiries (if required) via e-mail. In addition, all inquiries and the State’s response will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system. Offerors may not rely on any otherstatements, either of a written or oral nature, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this RFP. Offerors will be notified in the same manner as indicated above regarding any modifications to thisRFP
