RFLOI PE/Design Services, BL-0130 Cameron Road Sidewalk Project

Town of Hope Mills is seeking Letters of Interest (LOIs) from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering and design services for BL-0130; Cameron Road Sidewalk Project. This contract is partially funded through Federal-aid, and qualified firms must be pre-qualified by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) to perform work in relevant discipline codes.Selected firms will provide services including transportation engineering, roadway design, land surveying, right of way acquisition, geotechnical investigations, and environmental documentation.Firms interested in submitting LOIs must ensure compliance with all submission requirements, including NCDOT prequalification and professional licensing. Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM on October 30, 2025.
