PUBLIC AND AGENCY NOTICEPublic Access EasementMatanuska-Susitna Borough ADL 234220 Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has received an application for the following development within a section line easement:APPLICANT: Matanuska-Susitna BoroughPROJECT NAME: ADL 234220GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Caswell Lakes- E. Hidden Hills RoadLEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 22 of Township 22 North, Range 04 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska.REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant has requested a slope and maintenance easement associated with the reconstruction E. Hidden Hills Road to collector standards. The proposed easement would be approximately 100’ in length and 10’ wide, outside of the traveled right of way easement. The easement, if approved, may differ from that described herein.REQUESTED TERM: UnspecifiedDEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: November 10, 2025Members of the public and interested agencies are invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made.
