2025 Emerging Needs for McLean county

McLean County Government is soliciting proposals to address **2025 Emerging Needs** within the county. The scope of this RFP is broad, encompassing a wide range of social and community services. Key areas of interest include, but are not limited to: * **Youth and Family Services:** Adoption, Big Brother/Big Sister programs, child abuse prevention and treatment, childcare (including food programs), foster care, Head Start, and family planning. * **Substance Abuse Services:** Alcohol and drug detoxification, rehabilitation, prevention, and testing. * **Elderly and Adult Services:** Assisted living, adult day care, elder abuse prevention, elderly assistance, domicile, and homemaker services. * **Basic Needs and Support Services:** Emergency food and shelter, delivered meals, food stamps/coupons, housing services, employment generating activities, employee assistance programs. * **Community and Social Services:** Case management, counseling services, community garden programs, community service campaigns, cultural administration, court intervention services, discrimination investigation.
