Airbus H125 Retrofit

The Florida Keys Mosquito Control District (“FKMCD”) is seeking a properly FAA authorized facility to perform full retrofit on a factory new Airbus H125 Helicopter, as per the requirements contained in this RFP. FKMCD will receive from Airbus Helicopters Inc., a NEW, green/unpainted H125 helicopter with Airbus Helicopters standard equipment installed. Expected delivery date set by Airbus Helicopters in Columbus, MS for December 2025. The items listed below requesting installation/modification are descriptive only. Any and all associated costs for parts, items, antenna’s, mounts, cables, connectors, hardware, fabrication materials, consumables or any other such items that may be necessary for the complete installation must be quoted and is to be procured/provided by the vendor performing the installations/modifications
