DERRY TOWNSHIP KINGSTON CLUB ROAD CULVERT REPLACEMENT & ROAD REALIGNMENT

Separate and sealed proposals will be received by the Derry Township Supervisors, at their office, 5321 Route 982, Derry, PA, 15627 until 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, on February 24, 2026 which time they will be opened and publicly read for the following project:Derry TownshipKingston Club Road Culvert Replacementand Road RealignmentContract 1/2026The project includes the replacement of an existing culvert under Kingston Club Road (T-674) with a new pipe arch culvert and the realignment and reconstruction of approximately 450 linear feet of Kingston Club Road in the vicinity of the culvert replacement.Copies of the Contract Documents must be obtained at the office of GIBSON-THOMAS ENGINEERING1004 Ligonier Street, Latrobe, PA 15650, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of $125.00 for each set of Bid Documents.All Bid Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond which shall have, as security therefore, either a Corporate Surety or a certified or cashier's check payable to the Derry Township Supervisors, same to be in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Base Bid Proposal submitted. All Corporate Sureties must be registered in the State of Pennsylvania.No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with the Derry Township Supervisors.All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act).The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Requirement apply to this project, Contract 1/2026 as determined Secretary of Labor and Industry.Notice is hereby given that the bituminous price index in accordance with PennDOT Form 408 is application for the contract.The Derry Township Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
