Description

Work includes selective demolition, earthwork, termite control, subdrainage, asphalt paving, chain-link fences and gates, lawns and grasses, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry assemblies, metal fabrications, miscellaneous carpentry, interior architectural woodwork, sheet waterproofing, open cell spray polyurethane foam insulation, membrane roofing preparations, sheet metal flashing and trim, manufactured roof specialties, joint sealants, standard steel doors and frames, overhead coiling doors, aluminum framed entrances and storefronts, aluminum windows, door hardware, glazing, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical panel ceilings. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
