611037-100000 Krieger Court Stormwater Improvements

The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities, is receiving bids until February 25, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time for construction services on, CIP 611037-100000, Krieger Court Stormwater Improvements project. Bids are to be submitted only through Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies or emails will not be accepted. The work consists of the addition of a control structure to an existing drainage basin and the replacement of storm sewers downstream of the basin. The project involves the reconstruction of driveways and culverts where necessary to accommodate the stormwater improvements, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). All questions concerning this bid are to reference the project number and the project name and be sent to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. No phone calls concerning questions about the bid will be accepted. The last day to submit questions will be specified in the IFB. Responses will be posted on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com as an addendum. There will be no pre-bid conference for this project. Submit questions as directed below. Notice of published addenda will be posted on the City’s Vendor Services website and the addenda will be posted on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com. All bid documents (Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda) will be available for review and download on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com after the IFB is published. Firms must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB for a bid to be considered for contract award. This project is being funded with a loan from the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund. The DBE goal for this project is 5.4%.
