Construction of new 1-story Multi-purpose & Food service Building ‘F’ 12,242 SF. Site Improvements including new underground utilities, a new driveway, path of travel upgrades surrounding the new MPR Building and upgrades to the drop-off area at the existing parking area. The deadline for submittal of prequalification documents to Quality Bidders for this Project is no later than August 12, 2025, 4:30 p.m. All pre-bid inquiries are due by 2:00 p.m. on September 24, 2025. Such inquiries must be submitted to Mr. Jorge Camarillo, Coordinator of Facilities, Planning and Construction Department, and Steve Pedroza, Triton Group, via e-mail only, at the e-mail address provided in this Notice.
