Description

Provide dormitory improvements, including painting, LED lighting installations, and window treatment upgrades on all floors. Work consists of interior space painting, room signage, LED lighting upgrade, and window treatment upgrades in ab dormitory and cd dormitory, on all floors. The work will consist of all dorm rooms, offices, and common areas inclusive of restrooms, washrooms, laundry rooms, hallways, staircases, and main entrance lobby. MBE Goal 11.00% and WBE Goal 19.00%. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A deadline 2/11/2026 by 5:00 PM.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
