Adaptive Work Program for Adults with Disabilities (RFP)

The city requires programs for adults with disabilities (services) for its program. The program is part of a broader initiative aimed at offering meaningful work experience to adults with disabilities. The services required for the program include being responsible for facilitating part-time work-based learning experiences within the city s recreation facilities. These roles are designed to help participants develop job skills, build confidence, and gain practical work experience. The respondent must provide appropriate supervision and support to participants at all times while at the city, as well as providing support services to individuals with disabilities interested in participating.
