Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain Plants and Trees. This Competitive Solicitation is designed for bidders to compete for Contract awards in seven (7) categories of Plants. Bidders are required to bid for every item in the category of Plants for which they are bidding. At the time of bidding, bidders are not required to have in stock items in the category for which they are bidding; rather, they must be able to produce said items at the time and in the manner such items are customarily commercially available. Two (2) awards per category will be made.
