Bids are due no later than *new date* February 17, 2026 – *new time* 2:00 PM EXACTLY, Pacific local time, at which time bids for the above referenced project will be opened and publicly read aloud.ITEM FOR BID:The City of Kenmore intends to develop a new Public Works Operations Center in two Phases. The work in this bid is for general building construction work and final site work contract. The work shall include, but is not limited to: Completion of the Administration Building foundations, footings and elevator pit, preparing and placing slab on grade concrete; building framing including rough carpentry, structural steel, and open web pin connected trusses; building enclosure systems including thermal insulation, weather barriers, metal siding and roofing, aluminum framed entrances & store fronts, and aluminum windows; interior construction including wall framing, gypsum wall board, and doors, & hardware; interior finishes including ceramic tile, resinous flooring, carpet, resilient sheet flooring, linoleum flooring, and painting; various interior building specialties including marker boards, signage, toilet accessories, lockers, and window shades; MRL elevator; mechanical work including HVAC, plumbing and fire protection; and electrical work. In addition to the building construction, the contract will also include site fencing & gates, finish asphalt paving, site lighting and electrical work, lawn irrigation and landscaping.The work in this contract will complete the development of approximately 3 acres.The project is located at 6450 NE 202nd Street, Kenmore, Washington 98028.
