117-26 DISTRICTS 3, 4, AND 12 GENERAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

The purpose of this request is to establish contracts with general contractors to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, incidentals and supervision required in the performance of improvements, maintenance, emergency maintenance and/or repair needs to structures that may be required by the Department of Transportation District 3 at approximately twenty-eight (28) locations in Ashland, Crawford, Erie, Huron, Lorain, Medina, Richland and Wayne counties, Department of Transportation District 4 at approximately forty-four (44) locations in Ashtabula, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit and Trumbull counties and Department of Transportation District 12 at approximately eighteen (18) locations in Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake counties (a complete listing of site locations with addresses is listed at the end of these specifications in Section 17: Site Locations), all in accordance with specifications terms and conditions contained herein.The purpose of this request is to establish contracts with general contractors to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, incidentals and supervision required in the performance of improvements, maintenance, emergency maintenance and/or repair needs to structures that may be required by the Department of Transportation Central Office at six (6) locations in Franklin county; Department of Transportation District 3 at approximately twenty-eight (28) locations in Ashland, Crawford, Erie, Huron, Lorain, Medina, Richland and Wayne counties, Department of Transportation District 4 at approximately forty-four (44) locations in Ashtabula, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit and Trumbull counties and Department of Transportation District 12 at approximately eighteen (18) locations in Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake counties (a complete listing of site locations with addresses is listed at the end of these specifications in Section 17: Site Locations), all in accordance with specifications terms and conditions contained herein
