Seeking qualified contractors to perform work including, but not necessarily limited to, structural upgrades to increase seismic resiliency of the building, improved roof access and fall protection, diaphragm strengthening, roofing replacement, and shear wall upgrades. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Bid Intent Deadline 02/05/2026 06:00 PM EST. Question Acceptance Deadline 01/22/2026 5:00 PM.
