Annual Financial Audit Services

The Spring Independent School District ("District") is requesting qualifications from CPA firms for the purpose of identifying a vendor to supply annual audits as required by law and in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications established within this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Proposals are due on or before 10:00 am (CST) on Wednesday November 12, 2025. An award recommendation will be made at the Spring ISD Board of Trustees meeting scheduled on January 13, 2025. If the award recommendation is approved, the initial term of this contract ("Contract") will be for one (1) year from fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. Thereafter, the District reserves the right to either renew the contract annually for up to four (4) additional one-year terms ("Renewal Terms") or to extend the contract on a month-to-month basis to prevent a lapse in the contract term until the District re-bids the Contract.Total estimated value of this contract is greater than $130,000 annually, depending on the District's needs over the contract period.Spring ISD uses an online bidding system to post and receive bids electronically.
