New Haven City is seeking a contractor for the 200 Wintergreen renovation to upgrade the building's interior and exterior.

Description

Work consist of building renovation , new bathrooms, locker rooms, masonry, hvac, electrical, and plumbing modifications, acoustic ceilings, flooring and interior fit out for offices and classrooms. Exterior work includes full modification of main entrance to accommodate accessibility and adding handrails to existing egress stairs. Q&A deadline is on 11/21/25 by 5:00 PM. The term of the contract because of this solicitation shall be one year. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
