Renovation of the wet well, repair to structural concrete and coatings, replacement of pumps, piping and valves, electrical improvements to meet NFPA 820, demolition of existing electrical building and replacement of electrical equipment including a new generator. The contractor is hereby advised that a pre-bid Conference will be held via a virtual video conference on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM. This pre-bid conference is mandatory for all contractors planning to submit a Bid Proposal on this project.
