Description

Work includes a new capitol heights middle school for 650 students, the abatement and demolition of the existing school, new parking and athletic fields. PRE-QUALIFICATION PROPOSALS will be received via mail until 2:00 PM Local Time, Thursday, December 4, 2025. Pre-qualification proposal requirements may be obtained from the Project Architect, Goodwyn Mills Cawood, either by phone (334.271.3200) or email (missy.lee@gmcnetwork.com), to Missy Lee. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
