Howard R. Young Correctional Institution Lobby Security Enhancement

The State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), is soliciting proposals (RFP # OMB-MJ3804000112) for the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution Lobby Security Enhancement project. The main purpose of this project is to enhance the security of the lobby area at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the security enhancements as detailed in the attached specifications and drawings.
