Work consist of demolition, gutter replacement, direct material cost of gutter replacement, replacement with water-jet cutting, direct material cost of fascia replacement with water-jet cutting, clean existing tiles including deck area, reset existing loose tiles including deck area, re-grout all joints including deck area, sealant application including deck area, green deck tile replacement. Q&A deadline is on 02/05/26 by 5:00 PM. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
