Provide high velocity surface treatment that also includes 400 SF temporary signs; 1 LS maintain & control traffic; 4 EA portable changeable message sign; 2 EA arrow panel; 28,664 SY high velocity surface texturing. See attached file. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
