****************************************************************************************************************** NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AT 1225 SOUTH WASHINGTON AVENUE The Saint Peter Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 5:30 pm , or soon thereafter. The meeting will be held upstairs in the Governors Room of the Saint Peter Community Center, 600 South 5th Street. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding: 1) a Planned Unit Development (PUD) showing four (4) twin homes (8 residential units); and 2) a Preliminary & Final Plat titled: “Presidents Corner Subdivision”, submitted by ALH Land Company, LLC and Fox Valley Property’s, LLC. The subject property (0.8 acres) is located at 1225 South Washington Avenue. The subject property is zoned R-3, Multiple Family Residential. The subject property will be platted as one (1) lot and one (1) block in preparation for a Common Interest Community (CIC) that will eventually contain eight (8) building pad parcels and one (1) common ownership parcel. Any person may appear at the time of the hearing to provide comments or ask questions about the proposed PUD and Plat.
