Asphalt Rejuvenation

Sealed bids for the Asphalt Rejuvenation-2026 Project will be received by the City of Des Peres, City Clerk's Office, until 2:00 P.M., on Wednesday,January 21,February 4, 2026;  The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Council Chambers, City Hall, 12325 Manchester Rd, Des Peres MO 63131.  Two copies of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name, date, and time of opening clearly written on the envelope.The Scope of Work includes the treatment of city streets with an emulsified maltene-based rejuvenator, providing traffic control and other incidental items as indicated on the construction drawings and specifications.Bid packages will be available Monday, January 5, 2026 from the Des Peres City Clerk, 12325 Manchester Rd, Des Peres MO 63131; or they can be downloaded immediately athttp://www.desperesmo.org/bids.aspxA bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
