Notice of Public Comment on theState Fiscal Year 2026 Project Priority List Updatesfor the Alaska Clean Water Fund and Alaska Drinking Water FundThis notice announces the availability of the State Fiscal Year 2026 (SFY26) Project Priority List Updates for Base, General Supplemental and Emerging Contaminants capitalization grants. The 10-day public comment period for these documents begins on December 3, 2025, and ends on December 12, 2025. Comments related to the updated Project Priority Lists can be sent via email to dec.srfprogram@alaska.gov or to the mailing address listed below. Following the close of the 10-day comment period, the final version of the Project Priority Lists will be completed. Document AvailabilityThe draft Project Priority Lists are available on the State Revolving Fund Program website at: https://dec.alaska.gov/water/state-revolving-fund/intended-use-plans/. The Intended Use Plans and associated Project Priority Lists outline the SRF Program’s plan for administering the funding available through the Alaska Clean Water and Drinking Water Funds. The Intended Use Plans include the funding made available through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021 (also referred to as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law or BIL).The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
